Bromsgrove Rovers have been drawn at Home to Romulus in the first round of the GX Soccer Cup (formly the Errea Cup) on Tuesday Oct 28th. |

Bromsgrove Rovers (0) 2 Halesowen Town (3) 4 Bromsgrove Rovers suffered their first defeat of the pre-season against a very strong Halesowen Town. Dean Brennan scored a hat-trick and Aaron Cornwall getting the other goal as Bromsgrove struggled for the first 50 minutes with the attacking football produced by Halesowen The Yeltz raced into a 3-0 half-time lead and if was not down to a fantastic goalkeeping performance by the Under 18's keeper James Cook it could have been much worse. The second half started badly with a penalty for Halesowen that we believe was a handball (but I could be wrong). Dean Brennan took the opportunity to complete his hat-trick. Bromsgrove then started to play better football and Luke Reynolds scored two superbly taked goals to give a bit of decencey to the scoreline. Bromsgrove were missing a number of players in this game but still have a long way to go in preparation for the season ahead. The next game is on Saturday against USA Trident of California. |

Bromsgrove Rovers have released details two new pre-season friendlies. On Saturday 26th July the Rovers will play USA Trident of California at home. Kick Off 3pm On Saturday 9th August BGB South & West division side AFC Totten will be the visitors to the Victoria Ground also a 3pm kick off. |

Bromsgrove Rovers have been drawn Away in the Preliminary Round of the F.A. Cup to either Ellesmere Rangers or Dudley Sports on Saturday 30th August. The winner will be Away in the 1st Qualifying Round to either Sutton Coldfield Town or Heather St Johns or Cradley Town on Saturday 13th September The F.A. Trophy we have been drawn at Home to Gloucester City on Saturday 18th October. |
