Burnham 3 Bromsgrove Rovers 0 FT Saturday 6th February
Half Time: Rovers find themselves 2-0 down despite having the greater amount of chances. Denis Fenemore gave Burnham a 3 minute lead when an up & over cross came in and with a great touch Fenemore slotted the ball past Lewis. On 34 minutes Rovers fail to get rid of the ball following a corner and Fenemore set the ball up for Ross Lafayette to score from 6 yards out.
Lewis produced an outstanding save late on but Rovers have failed to produce the killer instinct despite the greater possession & goal attempts.
FULL TIME: An early goal for Burnham on 49 minutes when Ryan Bird cross and the Rovers defence stood and waited for each other to clear and Denis Fenemore popped in and easily put the ball in the net. This killed the game off and despite Rovers trying to get a goal back Burnham looked strong and were by far the better team.
